How to ask for a refund?
At Cannabis Pharm UK, we put in our best to ensure that what you order for is excatly what you will recived. But in case of a wrong delivery, please follow the steps below to claim your refund
- Inform us via email or pphone
- Take a photo of the packaging materials and the packages.
- Take a close up photo of the shipping label.
- Take a clear photo of the packing slip. Please ensure that the photo is clear! We do not process claims without a photo of the packing slip.
- Kindly send us all the photos alongside your order number via our email.
